Customer Service Representatives

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support with passion, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure excellent service quality and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues accurately, promptly, and effectively.
  • Log customer feedback and handle complaints in a structured manner.
  • Apply the company’s commercial and credit policies within the scope of the role.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives.
  • Contribute actively to creating a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Map, improve, and support the digitization of customer service processes.
  • Participate in Customer Satisfaction Surveys and related improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University or Higher Education Institution (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields).
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
  • Early-career or entry-level candidates with strong customer focus are encouraged to apply.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with digital systems and tools (SAP, Power BI – preferred).
  • Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects (preferred).
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Strong computer literacy; experience with CRM systems (ideally SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and structured thinking.
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to analyze data and prioritize effectively.
