- Manage payer registrations, insurance denials, and appeals
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, authorizations, and claim status
- Maintain accurate provider and payer records
- Support peer-to-peer requests and appeal workflows
- Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy
Role Summary – Scheduling Specialist
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally and empathetically
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve scheduling workflows
Required Qualifications (Both Roles)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web-based systems)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/contract environment
- Healthcare or service industry experience is an advantage
