NUMO Mykonos
Numo Mykonos is a boutique retreat in Kalafatis, where quiet luxury meets nostalgic chic vibes. Rediscover the carefree spirit of barefoot living, all wrapped in the luxury that NUMO Hotels is famous for. Experience the brand’s signature tranquility infused with the lively, vibrant essence of Mykonos.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Managing all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure of the guests
- Providing information to guests in regards of the hotel facilities, events and services
- Handling telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests
- Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
- Effectively handling guests’ feedback, comments or complaints
- Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage
- Proven experience as Front Office Agent in a 5* luxury hotel
- Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
- Fluency in English and in a second foreign language
