Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Provide Spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in accordance with the hotel's standards, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Promoting the Spa and implementing promotional activities
- Spa reservations and service planning management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations within the treatment rooms
Requirements
- Degree in Aesthetics or Physiotherapy
- Previous work experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the English language
