DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our International Sales team. The main purpose of this role is to coordinate activities around customer order management and be the primary contact to customers for all issues related to ordering, forecasting, dispatching and reporting. This position is based in Athens (Kryoneri).

Must have: Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or forwarding company (an understanding of orders, forecasts, lead-times, incoterms etc., plus day-to-day customer interaction)

Ideally from a Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or FMCG / Consumer Goods Industry

 

Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate activities around customer order management and support Area Managers as well as be the primary contact to customers for matters relating to ordering, forecasting, dispatching and reporting.

 

Day to Day tasks include:

 

1.       The entry of customer orders and forecasts, ensuring accuracy in delivery dates, order quantities, price, incoterms and delivery location

2.       Provide order acknowledgement and acceptance to customers

3.       Customer order full cycle management

4.       Manage live customer demand:

  • Ensuring demand is placed with an adequate lead time
  • Ensuring MOQ requirements are met
  • Adjusting quantities, dates, pricing, location when necessary
  • Monitoring schedule and open order status, prioritizing sequence of jobs
  • Expediting product release
  • Monitoring stock on hand and escalating when there are “roadblocks”
  • Communicating urgent requirements to the wider group
  • Liaising with the warehouse to dispatch stock
  • Liaising with the customer around any issues that may cause a delivery delay
  • Reviewing demand movement and run out of stock scenarios
  • Working with forwarding companies around freight quotes and expedite requests

5.       Communicate order status to internal parties (Area Managers, Production Planners) and external parties (Customer), including generation of open order reports and fielding enquiries from customers, as well as capturing reasons for delays

6.       Managing OTIF reporting to customers

7.       Generating stock on hand reports

8.       Notify Area Managers of deviations or events that will delay order delivery

9.       General support to Area Managers



Requirements

1.       Bachelor's Degree (Business oriented)

2.       3 years of proven work experience in a relevant position is a must

3.       Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Office

4.       Excellent verbal and written communication in English

5.       Good SAP use

6.       Ability to build strong relationships and resolve complex problems
