We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Implementation & Support Specialist to join our team. You will work directly with pharmacies across Cyprus to help them adopt our RetailEdge Pharmacy ERP. Your role includes training pharmacy teams, providing daily support, and ensuring smooth, stress-free go-lives.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working closely with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding

• Deliver online and on-site training sessions for pharmacy staff.
• Guide teams through our improved pre-migration and go-live processes.
• Ensure users feel confident and ready before launch.

System Implementation

• Assist in setting up the system according to each pharmacy’s needs.
• Coordinate with our technical team for data migration.
• Test features, validate data, and ensure everything runs smoothly before go-live.

Customer Support

• Provide friendly and professional support during office hours.
• Help customers with questions on daily operations.
• Log, track, and follow up on issues or feature requests.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas where customers may benefit from deeper training or system enhancements.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve RetailEdge.

Requirements

Essential:

• Basic IT skills and comfort using software systems.
• Strong communication skills and customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to learn quickly and explain concepts clearly.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence (for visiting pharmacies).
• Knowledge of Greek and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in pharmacy operations, ERP systems, POS systems, or IT support.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms or online shop operations is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Cyprus pharmacy workflows.
