As a Booking.com Customer Support Specialist, you will be able to assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries and guide them through their dream destinations.

What you will be doing:

• Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users
• Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users' inquiries
• Research travel options tailored to each customer's preferences
• Modify reservations based on client needs
• Process payments and travel cancelations

Job Requirements:

• Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Greek
• Good communication skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle unexpected changes
• Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
