About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at PHĀEA, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of your assigned Food & Beverage (F&B) outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Your role involves managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow, while providing recommendations on food and beverage selections. With your leadership and professionalism, you contribute to creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Job Fit- Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of the brand strategy and ensures compliance with all legal, safety, and hygiene standards in the F&B outlet.
  • Ensures smooth daily operations, including reservation handling, table management, and covering duties when needed.
  • Supervises assigned F&B staff, assists with scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing performance coaching.
  • Monitors inventory, controls operating costs, and ensures accurate cash-handling and end-day procedures.
  • Delivers exceptional guest service through warm greetings, efficient seating, prompt issue resolution, and coordination with the kitchen.
  • Contributes to revenue growth through upselling, sales monitoring, and supporting F&B strategies for higher profitability.


Requirements

Must-Have

  • Proven working experience in restaurant management, ideally within upscale establishments.
  • Proficiency in POS systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities and adeptness in team management.
  • Capable of effectively addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience in international luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of local food safety and hygiene regulations.
