Serving as the destination authority, you provide valuable insights into local culture, attractions, and activities, enriching our guests' journeys in our timeless Greek haven.

Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and professional welcome.
- Assist with smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Escort guests to accommodations, providing property tours.
- Offer tailored recommendations for local attractions and activities.
- Handle reservations, travel arrangements, and special requests.
- Arrange transportation and bookings for various activities.
- Communicate with guests pre-arrival to personalize their experience.
- Follow up during stays for feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven working experience in a concierge or customer service role.
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera) and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language proficiency.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in international luxury brands.
- Proficiency in additional languages
