We are growing and scaling at an unprecedented rate! We seek for an enthusiastic professional to join our team and assist on our day-to-day transfer customer experiences, as a Customer Experience Representative.
This role is perfect for someone who is:
- Effective communicator: Willing to communicate and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analytical: Possessing strong problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks and assess complex situations efficiently.
Objectives:
- Deliver exceptional transfer services to our customers by understanding their needs.
- Manage all customer and partner communications, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions
- Ensure booking requests from customers are accurately processed and fulfilled.
Responsibilities:
- Customers Engagement: Understand customers needs for transfers experiences, offering personalized solutions that exceed their expectations & contribute to exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Experience Management: Deliver verbal (via phone) and written (via emails) personalized and proactive communication with customers, ensuring their transfer needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
- Email Management: Handle email & written communications, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Oversee and manage transfer-related correspondence with clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Booking Coordination: Process transfer & tour bookings for our customers, ensuring all requests are handled accurately and promptly.
- Service Quality Control: Monitor service standards to ensure all customer requests are handled with care, adhering to the company’s standards of excellence.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Excellence: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborative Team Player: A positive and proactive approach to working as part of a larger team.
- Language Skills: Written and oral English communication skills required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience: At least year of experience in customer experience services, reservations, or a similar role.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong decision-making, problem-solving and change management skills, comfortable to adapt and manage last-minute customer requests.
- Knowledge within the Tourism Industry: Familiarity with local tourism, travel logistics, and transfer operations within a hotel or service environment, will be an asset.
