Kariera.group Recruitment Services, on behalf of our client, is searching for Italian speaking Digital Account advisors to become part of their international contact centre in Athens🌍.

Location: Athens (On site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (8hrs/day)

Start Date: Training begins 12/01/2026

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Italian speaking B2B client accounts, delivering tailored digital advertising solutions for maximum impact.
• Monitor and analyze online marketing campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement and improved ROI.
• Utilize your expertise with digital advertising platforms and CRM systems to deliver expert advice and actionable optimizations.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries, supporting businesses in achieving their digital marketing objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to guarantee excellent service for every client.

Essential skills:

• Native level or C2 fluency in Italian, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing.
• Proven hands on proficiency with leading digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Digital communication tools proficiency and excellent time management abilities.
• Thorough customer relationship management skills, dedicated to providing the best client experience.
