🕒 Working conditions
📍 Location: Athens - hybrid (modern office environment)
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–23:00, 8 hour rotating shifts, 5 days per week
🎓 Training starts: mid November & mid December
🧩Your role:
As a customer advisor, you will provide outstanding service to German speaking customers of a major European financial institution. You’ll support them by:
- Managing incoming customer inquiries (via phone & email)
- Identifying needs and offering accurate, efficient solutions
- Building relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Keeping detailed and accurate records
- Following established procedures and performance standards
🎯What we are looking for:
- Native or near native German speaker
- Good English communication skills
- Customer focused mindset and passion for helping others
- Excellent communication & PC skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate in a team
- Prior customer service experience is welcome but not required, full training is provided!
