Kariera.group Recruitment Services is partnering with a well known international contact center to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Support Representatives for an exciting project in the video gaming industry 🎯 If you’re a Polish native speaker with a very good level of English and strong attention to detail, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team in Thessaloniki.
You will handle player account related inquiries via email only — no voice calls, no chat — ensuring every user enjoys a secure and smooth experience 💌
🕒 Working conditions
📍 Location: On site in Thessaloniki (modern office environment)
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–22:00, 8 hour rotating shifts
🎓 Training starts: 6 November
🧩 Responsibilities
💬 Handle account related support requests exclusively via email
🧠 Assist users with login issues, account access, and verification inquiries
🔍 Investigate and resolve account or billing-related cases accurately
✍️ Maintain clear, polite, and professional written communication in Polish and English
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution
🎯 Candidate profile
🇵🇱 Native or near native Polish speaker
💬 Very good command of English (written and reading)
👥 Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
🔄 Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts
✅ Eligible to work in Greece and available for full-time employment
