What You Will Work On
Reporting to the Central Customer Care Manager of the Central Customer Care Department you are responsible and accountable to:
- Ensure the best possible customer experience and have all customers in focus as your first priority
- Ensure compliance in IKEA policies and procedures regarding purchases and after sales (tax documents, exchange, returns policy, guarantees)
- Improve shopping process in all channels by monitoring and evaluating customers’ feedback
- liaise efficiently with all internal and external third parties to secure an excellent customer experience
- Ensure that all company and legal guidelines are followed in your areas of responsibility
- Implement the actions agreed to improve the Pulse CX, & 4 axes indices
- Controlling, Steering and following up all operating costs and KPIs related to your areas of responsibility Circulate corporate information through F2F
- Monitor your team’s performance and constantly giving constructive feedback up. Recruiting, mentoring and managing your team
What You Bring
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English Language
- At least 2 years in a managerial position (with team management responsibility), preferably in the Retail Sector Customer Service field
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical Skills
- Commercial focus
