In this role, you will handle customer care, capture feedback, nurture leads, and ensure every rider receives world-class service. What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service, following Norton's standards and processes.
- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
- Coordinate with Norton's dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, whether written or verbal.
- Manage high-value customers and support them with a premium experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
- Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.
What you will bring
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
- Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
