Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls or emails or chats providing accurate satisfactory answers to customers queries and request
- Complete customers request in due time with a focus on quality
- Manage customers requests in due time and with patience and empathy
- Guide customers through processes, products, or services
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers
- Excellent Communication and Written Skills
- Basic knowledge of English
- Good empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem
