We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our families and help make their journey smooth, clear, and well cared for.
You’ll be the friendly, thoughtful point of contact when families have questions, tech issues, tuition needs, or concerns.
You’ll also support our team of Parent Support Specialists and step in during moments that require extra attention.
You’ll report into our Parent Support team and work closely with school leadership, teachers, and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Live Support – respond to parent messages in real time via email, text, and phone during the school day, including support ticket handling
- High-Touch Escalations – help resolve sensitive, parent/student issues needing clarity, empathy, and care
- Admin & Reporting – assist with billing, compliance documents, and enrollment logistics
