French Customer Service Officer

The French Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone and electronic channels to provide information, process inquiries, address concerns, and handle requests. The role involves facilitating client communication, assisting with documentation, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring exceptional customer support.

Main Duties:

• Provide information on the "Know Your Client" (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and required documentation.
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and managing client documentation as per company policy and compliance standards.
• Translate and communicate client queries and requests clearly and effectively in French.
• Coordinate with AML/Compliance departments to support client onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with brokerage and back-office departments to ensure smooth client support.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across channels and follow up on open interactions.
• Accurately record details of client inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide office administrative support, including document tracking, internal communication, and data entry, as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in French, Greek and English.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of customer service orientation.
• Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally within the company.
