📌 Responsibilities

Contact existing customers with the aim of renewing and maintaining the partnership

Understand customers’ needs and propose the most suitable solution

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

Participate in customer retention and loyalty processes
✅ Requirements

High school diploma or higher education (University/College/Technical Institute)

Comfortable with phone communication and a customer-centric approach
-
Very good knowledge of computers

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
