As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across our car rental network. Your main responsibility is to assist customers with their rental journey — from making reservations to resolving inquiries to post rental concerns. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key liaison with our franchisees and partners.
This position requires a high level of communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Great opportunities for career development and advancement are available within our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Place vehicle reservations based on customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Modify, amend, or cancel reservations as needed while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Provide urgent support via phone calls, ensuring critical issues are addressed in real-time.
- Collaborate with franchisees to communicate customer feedback, ratings, and reviews.
- Ensure accurate documentation and handling of customer communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency in computer systems and general office technology.
- Previous experience in customer service or car rental environment is preferable.
- Problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on identifying and delivering the most suitable solutions for each customer.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage high volumes of requests.
- Minimum of a Lyceum diploma or an associated degree in Business, Customer service, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
