About this role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily operations of our Home & Office Cleaning division.
This role requires verbal and written communication with both service providers and customers to ensure smooth coordination and excellent customer support!
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will oversee scheduling, organise resources, refine processes, and support our service providers to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional experiences.
What you'll be doing:
- Communicate with customers and service providers via phone and email to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality support throughout the service journey.
- Monitor, review, and analyze internal processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Oversee key operational workflows that impact service delivery.
- Provide daily support to cleaners, monitoring schedules, identifying potential delays, and staying attuned to their needs and best practices.
- Ensure consistently high service standards across all activities.
- Track payments from customers and service providers to maintain transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in customer experience, operations, or sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating communication platforms and digital tools
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- A natural problem-solver with strong planning skills
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Fluent in English and Greek, both spoken and written
