As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks for a Back Office Representative.
The successful candidate will be part of the Back Office team in the Contact Center department and will report directly to the Back Office Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Both oral and written communications with customers, reviewing history, and handling customer requests at the 2nd level
- Reviewing and monitoring pending customer requests assigned to the 3rd level to ensure agreed SLAs are met
- Providing both oral and written updates to customers regarding the progress of their pending requests
- Outbound communications during service activation or non-delivery of paper invoices
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service team
- Previews working experience at Telco and/or Energy industry
- Experienced user of CRM software and other customer support tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Team spirit, organized, consistent, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Flexible on working in shifts, depending on business needs
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
