Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is looking for motivated Dutch-speaking professionals to join the customer journey team of a globally admired tech company, on behalf of a leading contact center in Greece.
📍 Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece
🕒 Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday to Sunday, between 10:00–20:00
🗓️ Start dates: Training groups available in June, July, and August
💶 Salary: Competitive (14 salaries per year)
✈️ Relocation Support: Provided for those moving to Greece
💼 Yourr responsibilities:
• Help Dutch-speaking customers with product selection, orders, and inquiries
• Provide friendly, informative after-sales support (e.g. delivery, billing)
• Ensure a premium customer experience that reflects the brand’s tone
• Accurately log each interaction in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
🧩 What you bring:
• Fluency in Dutch (C1 or above)
• Good English skills for internal use
• A passion for service and attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales or customer care is a plus
• Remote work setup with stable internet connection
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
• You must hold EU citizenship
