Reservation and Customer Service Agent / Front desk


Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls to support customers by providing information on flights, fares and services
  • Manage bookings, changes, cancellations and tickets
  • Manage incoming requests via email, phone calls, and website inquiries.
  • Create, maintain, and update back-office for PSS flight reservation system (Excel & Word documents).
  • Handles customer service queries and complaints relating to flight operation
  • Supports the System Administrator and the Ground operation team with special projects as required
  • Assist the front desk / reception team when needed.

 

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (IEK) or two years technical certificate in tourism/aviation
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Extra Asset: Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following languages

  • Arabic
  • German
  • Knowledge of PSS SYSTEM (AMADEUS – ALTEA, SABRE, TRAVELPORT, GALILEO etc.)
  • Previous working experiences in a similar position
