What’s Expected
- Supervise the daily operation of the hotel's F&B departments and coordinate the team in restaurants, bars, room service etc.
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Monitoring the stock, orders and budget of the department
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in recruitment, training, appraisal and performance management of F&B staff
- Support in managing supplier relationships and cost control
- Ensuring the implementation of the HACCP system
Requirements
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Service Manager
- Excellent knowledge of English language, additional language is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office,
- restaurant management software, POS)
- Up-to-date with Food and Beverage trends and best practices
