As the Front Office Manager, you will be at the forefront of our hotel operations, ensuring that every guest is greeted with warmth and professionalism. In this engaging role, you will lead our front desk team, manage guest registrations, and oversee their entire stay to ensure it is nothing short of extraordinary.

  • Oversees the Front Desk Operations and acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available.
  • Direct staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on their own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
  • Checks guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all company's policies.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within 5-star hotels.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written; additional languages are a bonus!
  • Proficiency in computer systems, especially PMS (Opera and/or Fidelio).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine in team leadership.
  • A knack for problem-solving that keeps our operations running smoothly.
  • A guest-oriented mindset: turning customer interactions into memorable experiences.
  • A vibrant team spirit that inspires collaboration.
  • A polished personal presentation that reflects our luxury brand.
  • Experience in handling guest complaints with grace and effectiveness.
