After a very successful 4-year course in positioning the BENMAN FFGROUP brands and working with more than 400 strategic retail shores partners (including the best shops in their area), we establish FF GROUP TOOL INDUSTRIES ITALY in order to invest even more in the local market with the aim of expanding our network of partners to even more stores, with the aim to increase even more our partnerships.

So in the context of our continuous development, we are looking for the right candidate for the position:

Exports Sales Manager Italy

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive the growth of our international sales in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven track record in export sales, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of global markets. The position is based in the Company’s Headquarters in Aspropyrgos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of local sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new clients, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners in Italy. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all export transactions.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international markets. Monitor inventory levels and optimize distribution channels to minimize costs and maximize profitability.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an organized sales department (within the tool industry or related field experience ideally within hardware, DIY, building materials markets is considered a plus).
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (Greek, English, Italian).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identifies opportunities, and develops effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Familiarity with ENTERSOFT business suite is considered a plus
