Who are we looking for?

We take great pride in delivering a seamless and personalized experience, and our dedicated team goes above and beyond to meet our customers' needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team.

 

As the Customer Care Associate at Prosperty, you will play a crucial role in customers' experience, interacting on a daily basis to guide and inform customers through our processes and products using multiple communication channels. You are going to be the “voice” of Prosperty through every customer’s ears by handling every single communication according to our values.

You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams, working for a common goal to ensure excellent customer service. Being part of a dynamic team, will give you the opportunity to share experience with, broaden your knowledge and unleash your potential.

 

What will you do?

  • Handle inbound, outbound and text leads to qualify them and pass them on to the conversion team, while compliant to Prosperty's KPIs and metrics
  • Respond to customers’ queries regarding our services, while offering outstanding customer experience
  • Support Real Estate Sales Consultants by handling our systems and databases efficiently and ensuring data validation & quality
  • Ensure account contracts’ completion and pass them on to the conversion team
  • Complete relevant additional assigned tasks, as required, and monitor the smooth completion of requests
  • Maintain a high level of quality and productivity, as per department standards

 

What skills and experience do you need to have?

  • Proven experience in customer care department.
  • Multitasking and critical thinking are required in order to handle all channels of communication
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both Greek and English.
  • Good perception in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree will be considered as a plus.
