Customer Service Agent

Paylink Payment Institution and Principal Representative of Western Union in Greece since 1991, is looking to add to its workforce a new member for the Customer Service team, based in Athens.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and manage complaints
  • Manage and process customers and subagents’ requests in collaboration with other departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Lyceum, IEK, BSc degree
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in customer support role/customer service or equivalent
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office/ CRM system)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Flexibility and adaptability in performing additional tasks where needed

Important Information:

  • Customer Service working hours: Monday – Sunday, 8am - 9pm
  • Rolling schedule
