Our team provides customer service to German-speaking customers that need help or have inquiries about:

• Finding or reserving a ride
• Starting or ending a car rental
• Managing their account & balance

Your responsibilities:

• Responding to customers’ inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone
• Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
• Be positive & proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
• Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers and always show empathy
• Strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry

Job requirements:

• Excellent German communication skills
• Good command of English
• Great communication and soft skills
• Good computer skills
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Positive attitude & team spirit
