Team Leader - (Collection Department)

Job Description

• Developing Staff: Training; Coaching; Performance reviews
• Support Staff: Handle escalations; Provide answers and guidance to staff; Support agents to perform their job
• Be a manager: Lead and Inspire; Communicate company news; Facilitate meetings
• Do Admin: Leave approvals; Payroll information; Rosters; Approve transactions
• Self-Development: Attend briefings; Management training; Improve technical skills
• Other: Take overflow calls: Help with R&R; Organize engagement activities

Skills and qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Eagerness to investigate and solve problems
• Fluent in both written and spoken English languages
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with many different work groups
• Ability to multi-task
