About the job

Core Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Proficient in English (both written & and verbal).
  • Degree in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field.
  • 1 – 2 years experience conducting remote technical support with business customers
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, etc.) are a plus but not required.
  • Able to provide hardware support on all Cisco product families (UCS, Routing and Switching, Security, Wireless, Telepresence, etc.).
  • Familiar with Cisco hardware (including but not limited to Routers, Switches, Telepresence, UCS, etc.).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
