Netlink has been established in 2003, having a mission to provide advanced technical infrastructure and software for the processing of secure electronic transactions.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as a crucial liaison between our company and our valued customers.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Communicate with customers to resolve administrative and technical queries via phone, e-mail, ticketing tool
• Promote new products and services
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Record inquiries & data information in company’s CRM system
• Process customer accounts and file documents
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet internal team targets as set out by management
Requirements
• Excellent English and Greek speaking and writing skills
• Excellent communication & soft skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Resourceful, able to multitask
• Computer knowledge
• Familiarity with current technology (ie. Android)
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
• 2-3 years prior experience in a similar Customer Support role
• College Degree/High School
