Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comfort calls to customers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Arrange appointments of field technicians to customers.
  • Arrange technical appointments with major retailers and service providers. 
  • Send informative SMS to costumers. 
  • Tele-promotion of services and supplement products.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Previous experience in a call center or administrative position. 
  • Good computer skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer oriented.
