Customer Care Advisor

 

What you will do:

  • Create exceptional experiences while servicing inbound customer contacts
  • Handle customer care related enquiries across touch points (inbound calls, emails, social)
  • Follow company policies and customer service guidelines, record customer service inquiries

You are one of us if you meet the following:

  • Have a customer centric attitude
  • Be passionate for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Greek
  • Positive mindset and willingness to train and learn new skills
  • Accountability when handling sensitive information
  • Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.)
  • Ability of working at shifts (Monday – Saturday)
  • Previous working experience in a similar customer service position will be considered as an advantage
