IT/BUSINESS ANALYST

Multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector with presence worldwide and established affiliate in Greece, is seeking for an IT/Business analyst.

Your contribution

• Cooperating with the HQ IT team of the in development, implementation and maintenance of IT operations
• Maintaining the CRM system, update databases and creating reports
• Providing user's CRM support and training
• Developing, maintaining and distributing Business Objects sales reports for the management and the field force
• Participating in projects of data connectivity and system integration
• Strong analytical support to Sales and Marketing department (market sales data) by providing/creating presentations and reports of processed data
• Provide administrative support to Accounting Department 
• Maintaining the office IT infrastructure with the support of the central IT team
• Cooperation with suppliers and external partners
• Cooperating in procurement of ITC equipment (hardware, network, mobile, system applications) 
• Conduct tasks in compliance with the rules from the field of quality assurance,  

We value candidates who have

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word and Outlook
• Windows OS experience – currently W10
• iOS experience – iPads and iPhones; Android phones
• PC hardware knowledge, cleaning PC, replacing HDD/RAM etc.
• Network knowledge – LAN and internet troubleshooting
• Fluent English
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
