kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Fintech Data Analysis Manager on behalf of Etraveli Group, a global platform for flights, an air technology company connecting millions of flights and travelers across the globe.
As a Fintech Data Analysis Manager your main responsibilities will be to ensure strong monitoring processes are in place to continuously assess the company’s Fintech setup performance via a set of quantitative and qualitative metrics as well as lead projects that promote new solutions and optimizations related to performance excellence. You will be taking ownership of reporting and alert system requirements, proper utilization across different teams as well as introducing automations including machine learning capabilities by providing concrete input to development teams.
Additionally, you will engage with internal business leaders and external partners to lead data-driven changes to processes, products and services that aim to increase value for the company while leading the department's pipeline and priorities via a 360 view approach. The ideal candidate must have excellent investigative skills, problem-solving attitude and great business acumen.
You will be located in Athens and will be part of the Etraveli Group Fintech Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead team responsible for company's checkout page performance.
- Supervise daily/weekly/monthly KPI analysis and work closely with the Fintech product/ solutions team in order to propose corrective actions and maximize the company's impact.
- Drive important cross-functional projects across fintech and travel-tech areas that are related to KPI improvements and overall payment efficiency uplift.
- Identify areas of risk, initiate ad-hoc analysis and build models to quantify and assess related solutions performance.
- Support new fintech products, innovative options and new partners evaluation.
- Develop new routines where necessary to address new initiatives or changes in company’s business flows while being key stakeholder in any internal project that could be impacted or impact checkout page performance.
- Assess dedicated reporting package adequacy and drive changes aiming to optimize KPI monitoring and business stakeholders visibility.
- Drive automation projects and introduce sophistication in alert mechanisms including machine learning and related to checkout page’s performance.
- Support team in operational issues resolution with regards to internal or 3rd party providers.
- Be up-to-date with Schemes new regulations as well as Fintech industry’s news/regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Science, Technology or Engineering
- Approximately 4-5 years working experience in a similar analyst position. Team management will be considered a plus
- Experience/ knowledge of the fintech area or in large data analysis will be considered a plus
- Experience in reporting solutions (e.g. Qlikview, Qliksense, Looker, Python etc.) will be highly appreciated. Advanced experience with MS office (especially excel)
- Strong numerical & organizational skills combined with business understanding
- Data driven/360 view thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to take ownership in a fast growing environment
- Ability to prioritize, and effectively handle multiple projects under a minimum supervision and honor deadlines
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
- Very strong communication skills, can-do approach & excellent command of the English language.
