Are you interested in working with a leading education technology player, the global leader in the assessment and certification of professional skills industry with presence in more than 200 countries worldwide? If so, this is the chance to apply now! 📥
PeopleCert is looking for a Senior CRM & Analytics Associate to join our Digital Growth team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, marketing technology, and commercial performance.
You will be the team's primary owner of CRM operations, web analytics, and data infrastructure — responsible for not just analysing data but getting deep into it. That means building pipelines, structuring datasets, and ensuring the team always has clean, reliable, and meaningful data to work with. You will turn that data into actionable insights that directly influence growth strategy, campaign performance, and customer experience across our global portfolio of brands, including ITIL, PRINCE2, DevOps, and LanguageCert.
This role extends beyond purely analytical responsibilities. It requires an individual who is equally adept at designing and implementing data solutions as they are at communicating insights to senior stakeholders, while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and initiative in driving the function forward.
As a Senior CRM & Analytics Associate, your tasks will include the following:
- Own and manage our CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring data quality, segmentation integrity, and operational effectiveness across the marketing function.
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards using Power BI, Databricks, and Looker Studio, delivering clear and timely performance visibility to the team and senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain end-to-end analytics solutions including data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and modelling — ensuring clean, structured, and reliable datasets underpin all reporting and analysis.
- Leverage CRM data to design and refine customer segmentation frameworks for email marketing; analyse campaign performance across engagement and conversion metrics to optimize audience selection, send frequency, and content relevance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep-dives on business-critical questions raised by senior stakeholders — including promotional performance evaluation, price optimization modelling, cross-sell opportunity identification, correlated product analysis, and customer behavior pattern recognition.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models, lead scoring frameworks, and predictive models that support personalized marketing and improve conversion performance.
- Work closely with performance marketing and digital growth colleagues to align data outputs with campaign priorities and resource allocation decisions.
- Identify, integrate, and automate data collection from multiple sources using tools such as Funnel.io to enable a unified view of performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and present findings using clear visualization techniques that make complex data accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and growth — and follow through on implementing them.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics), or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM, web analytics, data analytics, or data engineering role — ideally within a digital marketing or growth environment.
- Hands-on data engineering experience — comfortable building pipelines, structuring raw data, and solving data quality problems at the source.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise CRM platform.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python, with the ability to write and maintain production-quality data scripts and queries.
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Databricks, and Looker Studio for business intelligence and data visualisation.
- Experience with data integration and pipeline tools such as Funnel.io or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts — including paid media, email campaigns, conversion optimisation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to proactively identify priorities and take initiative without requiring close direction.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C2 level preferred; LanguageCert C2 certification is a plus)
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within a multi-brand or international marketing environment.
- Familiarity with CRO methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.
- Exposure to machine learning techniques applied to marketing use cases.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
What Makes This Role Interesting:
You will join a high-performing Digital Growth team with a strong track record of year-on-year growth and a results-driven culture. This role offers meaningful ownership, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape how data informs decision-making across a globally recognised portfolio of professional certification brands.
We are seeking a candidate who is driven by data integrity, comfortable working hands-on with complex datasets, and committed to delivering robust, scalable solutions. The ideal individual takes pride in producing high-quality work and is motivated to generate insights that have a tangible impact on business outcomes.
What we offer:
- Competitive remuneration package 💲
- Work in an international, dynamic and fun atmosphere among young and smart people 💯
- Two free vouchers for all certifications from PeopleCert's Portfolio per year for all employees 🎓
