ERP Business Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing development of our ERP systems. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Navision, supporting key business functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions
• Participate in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Configure ERP modules and support system integrations
• Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization
• Work closely with external partners and vendors when required
• Ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Navision
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations)
• Experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in Greek and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in a commercial/trading company environment
• Knowledge of reporting tools or data analysis
• Exposure to digital transformation projects
