Responsibilities:

• Records, investigates, and resolves operational issues in SAP
• Participates in the optimization and standardization of financial processes
• Supports data quality checks and proper system functionality
• Collaborates with IT and Finance teams, acting as a liaison between business needs and technical implementation, as well as with external consultants when required
• Provides support to SAP users, in Financial Accounting (FI) and Sales and Distribution (SD) roles

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Informatics or Economics
• Master's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or Data Analytics will be considered an additional qualification
• Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in financial processes and/or information systems support, ideally with involvement in user or business operations support
• Understanding of financial processes and accounting flows will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of S/4HANA will be considered an additional qualification
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI or another ERP system will be considered an additional qualification
• Good knowledge of the English language
