What you will do as a Power BI Expert @Plaisio

✅ Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions

✅ Design and maintain scalable data models (star schema) for efficient business analytics

✅ Develop advanced DAX measures to support complex reporting requirements

✅ Transform and prepare data using Power Query (M) and integrate multiple data sources (SQL databases, APIs, Excel)

✅ Optimize report performance and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure data access

✅  Publish, manage and maintain reports in Power BI Service while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate data into insights

How you match

🎯 3+ years of experience in Power BI and Business Intelligence

🎯 Strong expertise in data modeling and DAX

🎯 Experience working with Power Query (M) and SQL

🎯 Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, data refresh, and gateways

🎯 Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into insights

🎯 Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills 

➕ Nice to have

🎯 Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or modern data platforms

🎯 Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data workflows

🎯 Experience integrating Python or R into analytics environments
