We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Classification and Data Collection Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel, directory-based data management, and web-based research. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our data is accurately classified, efficiently collected, and organized to meet business objectives.

Description

• Collect, organize, and classify data from various directories, websites, and other sources.
• Perform web searches to gather accurate and relevant information as needed.
• Verify and validate data accuracy to maintain data integrity.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and structured format.
• Adhere to established data classification guidelines and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of collected data into company systems.
• Proactively identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in data.
• Stay updated on best practices and tools for efficient data collection and classification.

Profile

• Proven experience in data collection, classification, and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, filtering, etc.).
• Strong web research skills, with the ability to identify credible and relevant sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling large data sets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with database tools SQL server is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in data analysis or data-driven roles.
• Background in working with directory data or web scraping tools.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
