Job Description:
We are looking for a SAP Analyst to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team, based in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and support of the Group's SAP ecosystem, working closely with business stakeholders, external advisors, and system integrators to deliver high-quality, compliant, and business-aligned SAP solutions.

Your role will encompass:

• Participate in new SAP implementations across the Group, collaborating closely with Business Process Owners and external advisors in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, training, and user support.
• Contribute to SAP ecosystem upgrades and support technical specialists within a multi-system application architecture.
• Investigate and troubleshoot SAP-related issues raised through the ticketing system, addressing platform customization and system integration topics in collaboration with external partners.
• Implement preventive checks and controls to ensure system stability, data integrity, and overall solution quality.
• Act as a liaison between business users and SAP system integrators, ensuring delivered solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Support the preparation of solution documentation and training materials for end users and internal teams.
• Provide consultancy support to internal clients and technical teams on SAP-enabled solutions that meet business needs.
• Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for SAP solutions and services within the organization's vendor ecosystem.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with applicable corporate policies, procedures, and governance standards.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Master's degree will be considered an asset
• +2 years of SAP functional experience, including participation in at least one full-cycle SAP project, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of one or more SAP modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PM.
• Understanding of SAP module integrations will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of ABAP will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform complex system analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
