Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Principal IT Business Analyst for Banking Applications in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Principal IT Business Analyst for Banking Applications, you will operate at a strategic level, shaping how banking solutions are designed, implemented, and evolved across clients and products. You will be a recognized subject-matter expert, influencing both client strategy and internal best practices, while supporting large-scale, high-impact banking initiatives.

As a Principal IT Business Analyst you will:

• Define and continuously evolve best practices for customer implementation processes across the full project life cycle, from requirements definition to roll-out, expansion, and long-term maintenance
• Drive functional strategy and solution vision across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with client business goals, regulatory demands, and product roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting decision-making on complex business and technology challenges
• Provide thought leadership and governance across IT Business Analysis activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of solutions
• Coach, mentor, and develop Lead and Senior IT Business Analysts, contributing to capability building and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to executive, business and technical audiences.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis within banking and financial digital applications
• Deep understanding of banking application ecosystems, regulatory environments, and complex system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into scalable technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interaction with technical, business, and executive audiences
• Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring senior and lead IT Business Analysts
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful, large-scale delivery.
