About the team and role

At the Kariera Group Product team, you will spearhead all of the Group’s BI initiatives. Reporting to the BI Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the Group’s BI tool as well as accommodating the BI needs of multiple departments, collaborating with stakeholders in our international businesses, including engineering, design, commercial, support and performance marketing teams. You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling our global team to make strategic decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible to explore, analyze, and visualize data from our HR tech products.

The role

• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations that facilitate decision-making.
• Design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using the Group’s BI platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business units, to understand data requirements and provide relevant insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of the HR tech industry and our product portfolio to provide context-rich analysis.
• Adhere to data governance principles, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of ETL processes for our data warehouse.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through effective data cleaning and transformation.
• Utilize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our data warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics).
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst with strong exposure to data-warehouse design and dashboard development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI and visualization tools (Metabase, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of HR tech is a plus.
