Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and delivering insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Role:
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; provide regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, analytics tools, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to detect and correct issues.
- Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
