We’re looking for a VIP Executive to join our CRM team. The role will focus on monitoring VIP players, supporting them with top-level service, and helping the team deliver great player experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor VIP player activity and assist in tracking their behavior and engagement.
- Provide personalized customer support to VIP players.
- Support the execution of VIP campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with preparing reports and insights on player activity and performance.
- Help identify potential new VIP players.
- Maintain accurate player records and communication logs.
- Assist on development and maintenance of Loyalty program and dedicated pages.
Requirements
- Experience in customers support (gambling industry experience is a plus).
- Strong interest in customer service, player engagement, and the gambling industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends if required.
