Αναλυτής / BIJob description:
- Acquisition Programs & Reporting monitoring (Weekly)| Performance Analysis
- Studying & summarize the data
- Alignment with internal Stakeholders related to programs or programs adjustments
- Facilitate communication among Third Parties and PMI departments
- Support programs commercialization
- Facilitate Commercialization process in order to deploy any consumer program (Radar Content etc)
- Align with Channels regarding programs execution (Insights, findings, fine tuning)
- Close Monitoring & Collaboration with CSC Team (Insights collection & Qualitative Data, Consumers Calls listening)
- CJ & Data Scientists liaison for program requests/ tasks
- Monitor consumer data and feedback to optimize effectiveness and experience of programs
- Assess program toolboxes and best practices from other markets to adapt program’s design
- Programs’ Expenses/Costs monthly monitoring & reporting (Accruals, Pos etc)
- UAT coordination A-Z (OnB V2, GT developments, future developments)
Requirements:
- Language Skills: English fluent
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
- University degree (Marketing, Communication, Business Management or other relevant field)
- Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Problem solving skills
- Effective Collaboration
- Knowledge of PMI commercial activities & previous experience as a Frontliners at Brand Retail or CSC is considered a plus
