The role is responsible for managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations to meet business objectives. 

Main responsibilities:

• Daily stock monitoring of finished products / raw materials and stock allocation requirements per Distribution center.
• Daily monitoring of customers orders and coordination with Demand management and Customer Service.
• Supply planning for efficient service level and physical availability and issue inbound and outbound priorities.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure the right product is available at the right place and time while minimizing costs and risks associated with the supply chain.
• Make long term plan for stock replenishment according to service level and stock policy targets.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Procurement to serve the supply plan.
• System monitoring and data maintenance for MRP and Supply Planning systems
• Data analysis and reporting. Design and issue reports to monitor KPIs and evaluate supply chain functions

Qualifications:

• 2-3 year experience in FMCG
• Degree in Engineering and/or Supply chain
• Proficient understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skillset coupled with commercial acumen.
• Being able to make sense out of large data whilst performing sanity-checks with reality and cross-systems checks.
• Excel expertise and ERP KU experience.
• Cross functional coordination skills.
• Communication and reporting literates
