THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a hands-on data professional with a passion for turning insights into action? At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are looking for a Lead Site Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making at site level. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of five analysts, where your expertise and initiative will help shape operational excellence.

WORKING SCHEDULE

The working schedule for this position is based on a 12-hour shift model exclusively for weekends.

For example:

Saturday:

A' shift: 06:00 – 18:00

B' shift: 18:00 – 06:00 (next day)

Sunday:

A' shift: 06:00 – 18:00

B' shift: 18:00 – 06:00 (next day)

This position is based in Greece, Koropi and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager HP PS & GQ Pharma Network in Greece.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyze site-level data to support operations, supply chain, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and digital transformation efforts.

What You Should Bring To The Team

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences.
• Proven experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong internal relationships.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for problem-solving.
